Jasper started skateboarding and snowboarding in the mid 80’s. In the ‘90s he was lucky enough to turn his passion into a semi-professional snowboard career, riding for brands like Burton, Salomon and Forum. In 1999, he organized Mountain Madness, a Benelux snowboard event that became the biggest Benelux snowboard event of its time.
After 20 years in the snowboard industry, he took a detour into the world of content, marketing and e-commerce, working for brands like Red Bull, Tony’s Chocolonely, Kamera Express, Classified Cycling and ANWB.
Jasper always stayed involved in board sports through his brother Jeroen Bazuin who was running Solid ’93 a Benelux distribution company representing brands like Forum snowboards, Libtech, Volcom, Circa, Santa Cruz, Atlantis, Independent and many many more..
In 2024, Jasper started working on a long-time dream: building the ultimate boardsports platform.
A multivendor boardshop, with topnotch consumer experience, the best service and a platform that’s transparent and honest. Supporting independent brands and working together with a network of brick-and-mortar boardshops.
Together we can protect our playgrounds and strenghten the boardsports culture.
